- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Extremely unhelpful even after the flood that went through the spring valley community they would not clean out ditches on the cul-de-sac we live on water went into our home and Debbie and Jim were absolutely rude and flat out lied that the ditches would be cleaned and now with more rain coming Jim told me if i was worried that his inadequate job he did would flood my house even worse he told me to take action and protect my stuff myself ! So i added a picture of just half the sand bags i filled and placed but unless Jim starts doing a little more then a inadequate job water may roll over all those bags i filled why do we the people let some idiots like these two into our buildings you two should quit because you are not capable and as my father would tell you excuses dont help do it right or not at allBy Robert Broyles, January 04, 2017
