- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Recently my wife and I were traveling through Flagstaff Arizona when we had problems with our truck. After several attempts of getting it repaired and no success we started looking for a dealership to purchase a new truck. we accidentally found Jones Ford in Camp Verde where the entire staff from the salesman Troy Thorkelson to the general manager Scott Hibets were great people, very helpful and down to earth. After looking at several truck we finally decided on one to purchase, there was no pressure what so ever from anyone. If anyone is looking to purchase a vehicle you should give the folks a try, we think you will be very pleased. - ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆We were experiencing a problem with our 2003 Ford Ranger. Went to four different local mechanics and no one could resolve or even diagnose the issue. Took it to Jones Ford... William in the Service Dept. took the time for their mechanics to go through everything thoroughly and found it was a compound problem.
